Our Lenten "Faith on Film" series continues on Saturday, March 22nd at 2:00 PM in the parish hall. We’ll be showing The Straight Story (1999), the story of a retired Iowa farmer who must travel by tractor to Wisconsin to make amends with his estranged, dying brother. A beautiful meditation (directed by the late David Lynch) on determination, reconciliation, and the basic kindness of the strangers you meet along the way.
Directed by David Lynch, The Straight Story is 112 minutes and is rated G.
All Faith on Film showing are in the Parish Hall and are free. Food pantry donations are encouraged; bring your own snacks and cushions.
