Personal Care Items Collection – Jan. 24 & 25

Items most needed include soap, shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrushes, razors, shaving cream, and feminine care products. Full-size items are preferred. When donating personal hygiene items, please keep in mind we cannot accept open or used items. Socks, hats and gloves are also appreciated. Items will be sorted between Masses on January 25th, then delivered  to shelters. Chocolate Sunday is a fundraiser for the youth attending diocesan conferences and service opportunities, we appreciate your support!

Both youth and parents are needed to help!  Contact Eileen Hempstead (EHempstead@nycap.rr.com) or Joan Marso (youthministry@stvincentalbany.org) if you have questions or would like to volunteer.

Join our Hospitality Team!

Do you like people?

Do you want to help make St. Vincent’s a Place of Radical Hospitality?

We are looking for more people to serve in our Hospitality & Coffee Hour Ministries!

Ministers of Hospitality greet people as they arrive at Mass and make St. Vincent’s a welcoming place for all.

Coffee Hour volunteers bring and serve refreshments after Mass so we can all get to know each other better.

For more information or to volunteer for either of these ministries, contact Kate Paul at liturgy@stvincentalbany.org.

“Souper Bowl” Collection – Jan. 31 & Feb. 1

We’ll celebrate Super Bowl Sunday with our annual “Souper Bowl” Collection at all Masses to raise money for our Food Pantry.
